甘肃业晟建筑安装工程有限责任公司成立于2012年，注册资金5000万元，是具备房屋建筑施工总承包三级资质与市政公用工程施工总承包、城市照明、防腐保温、管道工程三级专业总承包资质的综合性建筑施工企业。下设兰州同仁环保科技有限责任公司、兰州业晟工贸有限公司、兰州天地圆商贸有限公司、材料公司、安装公司等全资子公司。
公司现有工程技术、经济、财务等管理人员159名，其中工程技术人员108名；工程技术人员中，具有职称的人员3名，中级职称的人员23名；二级建造师14名、三级建造师26名，造价师2名，造价员4名；具有各工种职业技能中级以上的工人80名。公司设置有办公室、工程管理部、经营部、预算审计部、财务部、材料管理公司等管理部门，并建立了严格的岗位责任制，共同对施工现场、项目部进行有效的安全生产质量管理。公司拥有建筑施工企业施工所需的大型机械设备，砼搅拌站，车辆及工程质量检测设备，周转设备料。并建立了一套完整的建筑施工企业的管理机制，安全生产施工管理制度等有效的规章制度。
